Andre has been tasked with curating the list of highest priority bugs
so that it makes sense to pay attention to the list.

For the engineers in Platform Engineering, we've been pretty good at
paying attention to the priorities of bugs assigned to team members.
We've fallen off the wagon when it comes to triaging unassigned issues
with the "platformeng" keyword, but that may be something we ask for
Andre's help on as well (later)
