Neither wikitech-l, nor Bugzilla is the right place to complain about Pywikipedia. :-) We have a separate mailing list called Pywikipedia-l ( https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/pywikipedia-l) which is recommended to join if you use Pywiki regularly, and a separate bug tracker on SF: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=93107&atid=603138. Choose one! In Pywiki community you are allowed to hate Bugzilla, git and gerrit. :-)
