Oh man, We need that in core by default :-] Lot of people use bootstrap nowadays and I guess that will be a good way for them to easily build new skins using something they already know. Next project idea: get a twitter bootstrap customized to look like Vector so we can create tiny website that have the look'n feel of Vector without having to install all of MediaWiki.
