Thanks for performing the upgrade! I'm not sure if anything but the reviewer bot (and the UI) uses the API, but it has been *moved* from https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/gerrit/rpc/ChangeDetailService to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/gerrit_ui/rpc/ChangeDetailService . It will return an Internal Server Error when the original URL is accessed (with POST data, from the browser it's 404). This might be related to the errors seen by Matt and Roan: old javascript code trying to access the old URL.
