Wikipedia database dumps do include the site's templates; however, you
need to install all the extensions listed under "Greffons de l'analyseur
syntaxique" on

In particular, the ParserFunctions extension is necessary for {{#if:
(used by many Wikipedia templates) to work correctly and not show up on
screen.
