and I read that the GlamCamp Amsterdam 2011 Travel Scholarships was

GLAMcamp Amsterdam was supported by the WMF and several chapters. The
organization of the GLAMcamp Amsterdam (which happened to include me)
organized the scholarships. For the coming Amsterdam hackathon we'll do
it the same way.
