Note the latest version of AFT drops the dependency.  Earlier versions
of AFT (and AFTv5, WikiLove, the Vector extension, and a few others)
have ResourceLoader modules that depend on ClickTracking modules, but
their actual invocations of ClickTracking functionality are usually
buried inside
   if ( bucketing && bucketCookie && trackOn && UNLIKELY ) {

   }

so I suspect all wikis "using" ClickTracking have it installed to meet
the requirements of some other extension but aren't set up to track
anything. If you are using it, speak up!  Most commercial wikis use
Google Analytics and other third-party tools.
