WikiApiary (the _Check usage and version matrix_ link on the extension's page) suggests the following wikis use MobileFrontend beyond all of the WMF sites. Oddly, this list doesn't include Uncyclopedia, though its page http://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Uncyclopedia#tab=Extensions lists MobileFrontend.
