Oracle versions on all of them have just been upgraded to 11g R2 (11.2.0.3) SE, but they used to run on most versions from 10g R2 (10.2.0.2) onward. I'd suggest you go with the 1.20 or better yet wait for 1.21. You'll also have to up PHP to 5.3+.
