If we want to do it the composer way, MediaWiki should be a standalone > framework that you install under vendor and don't care much about > We probably ought to create a list of the blockers for this. One item on it is going to be global scope assumptions through core and extension initialization code. Which is unfortunate, as it is probably going to take a while before that one is fully fixed.
