I would recommend https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:DumpBackup.php https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Importing_XML_dumps https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:ImportImages.php for a full wiki copy. I would compress and send the contents of your images directory along with the XML dump so that all images/files you use on your wiki can be uploaded to their wiki.
