That sound weird (read: divergent from all the stuff we read in the WMF plans and reports). Shouldn't the ultimate development goal for mobile be total feature parity with desktop? Otherwise how is wiki* supposed to tap into "global south" (I hate this buzzword!) editor resources? Aren't all the pundits claiming that desktop is dead and in the future we're all gonna browse the internet on small (5-10") or huge (40"+) screens?
