Yes, "How to contribute" must look good on mobile. Is there a page with
a good div & mobile practice that we can take as a reference?

fwiw I'm proposing a change to the Translate extension UI so it just
emulates in multilingual sites the well tested practice of interwiki
links in Wikipedia et al.
