I've used the old Bootstap mediawiki skin and saw that it needed updating for Bootstrap 3. If you do update it, that would be great. FWIW, there is also https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/47091. Hopefully you could help us include Bootstrap in MediaWiki 1.23, out in April.
