I think the last sentence in this paragraph sells yourself short a bit.
The current "system" is extremely hackish (relying on a bot run under a
steward's account), wasteful (creating hundreds of individual user
subpages), unsupported (it relies on a steward's kindness and willingness
to run a bot), and inefficient (not utilizing ResourceLoader). I'm very
excited about the work you're doing to implement a proper solution. :-)
