We need someone driving the process of defining a schedule based on the characteristics of the venue, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Z%C3%BCrich_Hackathon_2014/Topics , and whatever other factors the Hackathon participants want to consider (pre-scheduled vs open slots, all-hands vs breakouts, lecture vs BoF vs workshop...)
