I'm super happy to have Rob join us on Growth, obviously. :-)

+1 to what Sumana said. I think it's really healthy that in WMF
engineering, we've figured out how to let engineers, product managers, and
others switch teams gracefully and with minimal fuss. It's a credit to VE
team that they were so open to this idea.

Also: thank you to Emily in recruiting. It's been a long search for two
engineering candidates to fill the spots previously held on Growth by Ori
and S Page. We may not have ended up hiring someone externally for Rob's
position, but she has put in a huge effort to help teams like ours, and
will no doubt do the same for VisualEditor now too.
