I am told (by someone on #travis-ci , fwiw) that the 'wikimedia' account has lots of builds happening and that is why pywikibot ones have been queued for up to an hour. (that is rare, but it was the case when I sent the initial email to the wikitech-l list) > and possibly other extensions (?)
