The more we can push back against creating further unsustainable micro-sites such as transparency.wikimedia.org, the better, as far as I'm concerned. We already have a publishing platform that we can and should leverage and it lives at www.mediawiki.org or wikitech.wikimedia.org or meta.wikimedia.org. As discussed at <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Dev.wikimedia.org>, we can set up a cutesy URL similar to <https://bookshelf.wikimedia.org>.
