I had scheduled today for the third release candidate for 1.24.0, but
there is nothing new that has been merged or that, as far as I can see,
is ready to be merged for 1.24.0.
Next Friday will be the final RC for 1.24.0 with the actual 1.24.0
release on November 26th, the Wednesday before the Thanksgiving holiday
in U.S.
