Not a bad time to focus on some requests for comments on mediawiki.org, I

I've been drafting a new RFC in my head for the past day and the migration
gives me a good opportunity to make substantive progress. I hope, anyway.

Best of luck with the migration! Bugzilla has been a faithful servant for
a decade... it's a bit bittersweet to see it go.
