If you are seeking to meet face to face with the usual suspects that already work on some topic online, then you can leave it to the list minute if you wish. The thing is, we are still missing the through-provoking sessions about transversal topics where we are stuck or have little progress. Those session could have come from the Architecture Committee or the WMF Engineering management, but the fact is that we are still not there.
