Following up on this message, people from Editing and Reading are going to
meet to discuss basic thinking on roadmap plus patch patchset practices.
It's still very much a preliminary stages sort of meeting. I've asked for
Florian to be invited in hopes of getting a volunteer perspective from an
active volunteer developer in this discussion.

Florian, a question that arose was whether you had any interest in
submitting patches for the desktop mode of the site for editing as well?
