Speaking of the agenda, I'm fleshing that out in Phabricator: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/E61 My current bias is to do some planning for the Wikimedia Developer Summit 2016 in January, and then use the last 20 minutes to talk about cross-wiki notifications.
