This probably isn't the right place to report this, but if anyone knows anyone who maintains GeoHack, today it's emitting KML placemark names containing raw ampersands, which Google Earth doesn't like. Example: [[Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Bridge, Antietam Creek]]. Manually editing it to & solves the problem.
