Request: for non-urgent, potentially high-impact changes, can notices to village pumps and mailing lists go out at least 3 weeks in advance to give the community opportunity to prepare and/or comment? I am not anticipating that we'll get meaningfully more mobile Web vandalism, but announcing non-urgent changes like this would be appreciated weeks in advance.
