Pre-mature segmentation into a walled-off subset of problems has similarly bad inherent issues with pre-mature incorporation into larger problems; it's a trade off. Do we want to discuss the issue at a high level? Yes. Do we want to discuss at a low-level/specific implementation? Also yes. But let others discuss the high level if they want (while others should discuss the low-level if they want).
