Closing either list would also break our nice replications at Gmane,
markmail and mail-archive, with their useful full-text and semantic
searches for commits and bugs: see also links at
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_lists/Overview .
Is there a plan to provide equally good search? I don't see progress on
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T63463 or
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T38467 and even less for Phabricator.
