Since yesterday we could not reach git.wikimedia.org any more. A call like:
https://git.wikimedia.org/zip/?r=mediawiki/extensions/AdminLinks.git&h=2619ed9beede0017f50ed08b20f6ea3a5200a838&format=gz fails with a timeout.
