Phabricator site search includes repositories. The Git repositories are also mirrored to GitHub, of course. Many people are already on GitHub for other projects and seem to enjoy, or at least tolerate, its user interface. I wonder if we have an index of Git mirrors. It's also possible for anyone to set up their own online Git repository browser (e.g., GitLab or Gogs) or contribute patches upstream to Phabricator Diffusion to add missing features.
