I archived the phab projects last year.[1] IIRC I did so thinking that
would be helpful to avoid bugs/tasks being assigned to somewhere they
might not be seen, or in the wrong #tag altogether. Sorry if I erred.

WikiApiary suggests there are 6 users of VectorBeta, however only 1
site (EagleWiki) actually seems to be alive:

Some of the features themselves (CPB and Fixed Header, in particular)
were liked by many users. It would be nice to re-examine them in the
future.
