Hey Bináris,

There's a help page on mediawiki.org
<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug#Reporting_a_new_bug_or_feature_request>
about
how to file a task in Phabricator. Please provide as much detail as you can
about how to reproduce the problem. And remember, it's always better to
have duplicate bugs than unreported bugs, so if you're in any doubt then
you should file a task. :-)

Anyway, it seems to be working fine for me now. I can see the change but
not the edit summary. Not being able to reproduce the problem may make it
harder to diagnose, but maybe you can provide details that explain.

Hope that helps!

Dan
