Hey, In the past couple of days, the committee has been asked about whether the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md should exist in mediawiki extension and skins repos[1]. We had a meeting and the resolution is output of that meeting. [2] Feel free to comment and give us feedback about it on its talk page :)
