Good day, I'd like to request a review on a patch [0] for UserMerge. The patch has been sitting there for some time (with lots of reviewers added) and is aimed at fixing an annoying logging issue (missing messages). There are some reports already [1] [2] that this is affecting negatively non-WMF wikis.
