It always strikes me hard when people who fear for their mental sanity are not allowed to call a situation like that. I'm with Isarra here. At this point I'm not sure if I'm affected (luckily I have a few days before I will find out). But if I am, I will tell my manager this is identical to Gerrit being down, and refuse to work on stories that are affected. Emailing diffs is not an option.
