This policy is under discussion as part of RFC Establish stable interface policy for PHP code <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T193613>. The draft is currently open for comments at <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Stable_interface_policy>. * Discussed: Test resvg on beta-cluster < https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T243893>.
