Hi, Searching for "afch-rewrite" leads me to https://github.com/WPAFC/afch-rewrite with the homepage of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/Helper_script . I presume that is what this is about.
Their documentation says they use a Zulip for communication: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/Helper_script/Contributing#Need_help? Might want to try there if the github issue isn't proving helpful.
