Dear all, Back in February, the first public steps in the WMF's Annual Planning process were published – documenting its Product & Technology departments' draft work portfolios <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_Annual_Plan/2023-2024/Draft/Product_%26_Technology> (nominally called "buckets").
