Hello Selena, from my point of view it is important to build trust between the Wikimedia Foundation and the community. It is great that you mentioned in your email that there are problems regarding trust into the Wikimedia Foundation of parts of the community at the moment. I have difficulties understanding where the money raised through small donations is spent for and I often dont trust the Wikimedia Foundation that the money is spent in an effective way. So I think I belong the group of people with a at least lower trust level regarding the Wikimedia Foundation as in general. At the annual plan discussions there is the possibility to share thoughts about the priorities. I wish a current org chart to get an overview about who is working for the Wikimedia Foundation or in another Wikimedia organization on tech related topics. If such an org chart actually exists please share a link. There are a lot of challenges and I wish you success in your task and I hope it will be possible to fix some the issues to ensure a secure operation of the Infrastructure of the Wikimedia projects for the next years.
