Hello Igal, I cannot reproduce this problem. On my end, https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalWatchlist works as expected.
Is there something logged inside your browser's console that would look like an error? If not, can you check the network tab and see why it thinks the token is invalid?
