deploy2002 was also reimaged to bullseye today. The reason is that scap is assuming that all deployment servers are on the same debian distro version (it's not a bad assumption to make, it's almost always true). I was anyway going to reimage, since buster is deprecated, I just expedited this a few days. /home has been synced already, feel free to re-open https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T371282 if you experience any issues.
