Hi!
Recently, the Product Safety and Integrity team shipped an update to the
AccountSecurity special page (that's why it looks differently than
earlier and it's now on auth.wikimedia.org). The authenticator apps
section should work properly, and if it doesn't, I encourage you to file
a Phabricator ticket for that. (I'm also working in that team, but I
wasn't involved in that projects, so I don't hve any behind-the-scenes
knowledge).
For using bots with admin accounts, I recommend setting a bot password
(using Special:BotPasswords), which is not subject to 2FA and can have a
scope reduced (in comparison with interactive access).

I had 2FA which prevented me to login to Pywikibot with my admin
account. At least I couldn't guess how to do it.
So I switched off 2FA, and after solving the task I tried to set it
back. The button sends me to
https://auth.wikimedia.org/huwiki/wiki/Speci%C3%A1lis:AccountSecurity
where there is bo switch on any more. I only have there auth apps. I
tried to add the same app again, but uselessly.
With 2FA I cannot use my bot for admin tasks, without 2FA I cannot use
my CU tools.
How to switch back 2FA?
