Dear Viktoria,

There is no OOUI/Codex team any longer. There are a few stewards who will
review contributions to OOUI and/or Codex, but if teams need new widgets,
they are required to build them themselves. If they are of sufficient
quality, then maybe they can eventually be upstreamed to the library. See

Roan (catrope) and Volker (VolkerE) are generally good people to reach out
to if you have specific changes that you are proposing.
