There are further instructions in the same page, going over installing
node, the dependencies, configuration, running the server, etc. Also, the
current Parsoid development is done in the js/ directory in the repository,
there you'll find a README.txt files with further info.

If you have any doubt or encounter any problems, feel free to drop by the
Parsoid IRC channel (#mediawiki-parsoid on freenode), or send additional
messages to this list.
