Webhosting in general: No.

If you can't install git on the host, but can copy files, then you can
try running git on your own machine to get the source code and then copy
the tree to your host.

This is the case on webhosting-offers.

You will definitely need node.js to run Parsoid, and it must be node.js
0.8 or 0.10.

Definitely not choose webhosting. Use at least VPS. If you expect hundreds of requests per second, it is recommended to use a different machine for the database. Depending on the amount of services, it is probably better to use a dedicated machine and host your VMs and containers yourself.
