Juan, did you mean to say that some Russian WV users are on the English WV
mailing list? I will try sending a message to the Russian WV list.

The structure to the story I'm thinking:

Announcing Russian WV with dates, people, vision, support etc

The process of how Russian WV was established

The common process for setting up language WV

How many languages are on WV now and report on there current status,
mentioning key people at the moment

A comment from the Wikimedia Foundation about the development of WV.

Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated.
