Yes, I would love to have that tool!  I'm initiating, together with a
teacher here in Sweden, a page for Swedish flipped classroom videos;

(it's in Swedish)

But at the moment it's rather difficult for teachers to share their videos
on Commons they feel and most of them have already uploaded it to Youtube.

So a tool such as the one for Flickr would be totally awesome!
