Tonight (10-30), after a scrub last Thursday night due to off-nominal 
data received from the automated launch support equipment, Sea Launch 
will be making another attempt to launch XM-4 communications satellite 
for XM Satellite Radio on a Zenit-3SL rocket from the Odyssey Launch 
Platform positioned on the equator in the Pacific Ocean.

Launch window opens at 6:49 p.m. EST.with a window extending to 7:47
p.m. EST.

Spacecraft separation around 1 hour  after lift off over Africa

XM-4, a Boeing 702 spacecraft manufactured at the Boeing Satellite
Development Center in El Segundo, California, has  high-powered S-band
payloads built by Alcatel Alenia Space, in France for Digital Audio
Radio Service (DARS) , to broadcast state-of-the-art digital radio
programming directly to cars, homes and portable radios. XM-4 will be
located @ 115 degrees West Longitude.

AMC-3 @ 87 degrees West, transponder 18 Ku band (12064 Vertical) DVB
4:2:0, SR: 6.1113

Test signals start at 6 p.m. EST.
Broadcast starts at 6:35 p.m. EST.
