Today (12-14) a Delta II rocket (7920) is scheduled to launch the NRO 
L-21, a  classified National Reconnaissance Office spy satellite from 
SLC-2W, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.

Launch attempt is scheduled 4 p.m. EST. with a 5 hour window

Satellite separation is scheduled for 57 minutes after launch.

This is the Maiden launch for the newly formed United Launch Alliance, a 
newly formed organization that brings together the Boeing Delta and 
Lockheed Martin Atlas rocket families.

AMC-1 @ 103.0°W Transponder 17C (4040 H)

Bars and tone begin at 3 p.m. EST
Coverage is expected to start about 3:15 p.m. EST.
