As I understand it, another supplicant is in the works but is still a long way 
off.

However, you only need the standard 32-bit libraries and a 32-bit libnl 
installed to use the 32-bit binary supplicant; a separate chroot is not 
strictly necessary in most distros.

If you're using a different distro, you are on your own ... but the required 
steps shouldn't be too different than those for Ubuntu.
